We deliberately align our clinical operations with the highest federal, state, and professional standards to help ensure safety, dignity, and measurable progress for every child we serve.

Clinical compassion

Prioritizing client well-being above all else.

Absolute integrity

Upholding rigorous regulatory and ethical compliance every day.

Pillars of excellence

Regulatory and ethical compliance

BACB Ethics Code

We strictly adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts. Our clinicians maintain professional boundaries, prioritize the client’s best interests, and advocate for scientifically supported, least-restrictive treatments.

Medicaid OMIG standards

We maintain zero tolerance for fraud, waste, and abuse by aligning with the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG). Our practice enforces strict documentation accuracy, clear service verification, and robust internal auditing protocols.

HIPAA compliance

We protect the privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our electronic records, telehealth platforms, and communications use secure, encrypted, compliant systems.

Cultural humility

We actively practice cultural humility to support the rich diversity of New York City’s boroughs. We deliver individualized, identity-affirming care that respects each family’s background, language needs, and cultural traditions.
